NEW Monetta Asparagus

The Fallaw’s are fifth generation farmers in Monetta, South Carolina who have been growing this wonderful asparagus since the early 1900s. This area became known as the asparagus belt, the counties bordering the eastern side of the Savannah river. The asparagus grown in this area is superior than any other asparagus grown around the world due to the iodine rich soils in these counties along the Savannah river. The iodine creates an asparagus flavor that is unparalleled in sweetness, crispness and tenderness.
Their asparagus is unquestionably the absolute best!
Just as last year, I have a limited allotment from our farmer and request a commitment from our chefs for the full 6 week season. Minimum is 1 case per week for 6 weeks. No maximum, but first come first served until the allotment is maxed out.
