Wild Hope has brought back Rosaine Little Gem Lettuce for us to provide y'all with, we will have it fresh every week this fall. Kale (Tuscan or Dino, Curly Green) and Red Chard are back in stock to start the week off. Clem's carrots, parsnips and radishes are right around the corner, maybe 1 or 2 weeks until they will all be available.
Make room for some southern greens as they will be hitting the availability list this week! Dorr Farms will provide us with Carolina Mustard Greens and Rapa Greens.
Bringing back the field peas and butterbeans last week was a big success. Johnny McNair, the grower, is very excited going into the fall and winter seasons. So, we will bring back the offers for one more week!

He also grows the widest variety of southern legumes we've found at his scale. As the season rolls on into fall and winter, we will have several varieties that are hard to come by. NEW! Curly Carolina Mustard Greens - Dorr Farms
This mustard truly is distinctly different from the broadleaf type. Besides the obvious differences in appearance, the curly being ruffled and thicker, and the broadleaf being larger, flat, and thinner, the flavor is quite different, and so should be chosen for different applications in the kitchen. Curly mustard packs more of that spicy heat than the broadleaf type, and is slightly on the bitter side. Its thicker leaves also mean they can take more heat in the cooking process and still maintain its structure. This is the greens of choice if you’re looking for striking appearance, robust flavor and some toothiness in your dish.
