⚠️ **Highlights of the week**⚠️
Prickly Pear - Wild Hope Farm
A rare Southern-grown treat—Wild Hope’s prickly pears bring vibrant magenta flesh, a naturally sweet, melon-like flavor, and subtle floral notes. Their high juice content makes them excellent for syrups, cocktails, sorbets, and sauces, while the striking color holds beautifully in both sweet and savory applications. Harvested at peak ripeness, these fruits deliver brightness and tropical flair straight from the Carolinas.

Komatsuna (Japanese Mustard) - Wild Hope Farm *SOLD OUT - will have more for Friday (10/3)
Komatsuna, often called Japanese mustard spinach, is prized for its versatility, nutrition, and flavor. Wild Hope’s crop delivers tender, glossy leaves with a mild, slightly sweet mustard bite—delicate enough to serve raw, but robust enough to hold its character when sautéed, braised, or folded into soups and noodles. Unlike many specialty greens, Komatsuna has exceptional shelf life and a consistent texture across the bunch, making it a true workhorse in the kitchen.
This green is an investment in both flavor and efficiency: you get minimal waste, a unique ingredient that elevates simple preparations, and a product that connects your menu to one of the rarest Asian greens grown locally in the Carolinas.
