This is curly green kale done right. We’ve not come across anyone else’s kale that beats Matt Fry’s. He harvests it at the point where the leaves have developed full texture and flavor, but before toughness or bitterness begin to take over. The result is a kale that feels alive in the hand and balanced on the palate.

The leaves are deeply curled, crisp, and crunchy, but still noticeably succulent. There’s real structure here, yet the chew stays tender. Flavor leans nutty and deep with a rounded sweetness underneath — and notably, the aggressive bitterness most people associate with curly kale is largely absent.
