Covington is an old southern variety with rich, orange flesh, creamy texture and no stringiness. The flavor is mild and pleasantly sweet. We are working with 5th generation sweet potato farmers, Dixon Farms, out of Aynor, SC, deep in the Pee Dee region of the state. The region produces the best sweet potatoes in the state with its deep sandy soil and high water table. Three sizes available (medium, large, jumbo) with large and in two cases sizes: 10lbs and 40lbs.
